Boundary conditions
Noun
It is the flow (flow rate) or the pressure states assigned to the theoretical boundaries used in the development and solution of the differential equations.
Example: An important boundary condition to evaluate the oxygen surface sink is the effect of meteoritic gardening.

Conversion
Noun
The action and effect of converting or converting.
Example: Solar power is the conversion of the sun's energy into heat and electricity.

Dimension
Is a physical variable used to specify or describe the behavior or nature of a system or particle.
Example: He dimensions of the room are 26 feet by 15 feet.

Emissivity
Noun
Is the measurement of an object's ability to emit infrared energy.
Example: The latter was calculated using values of emissivity for the tubes of 0-15 and for the wire of 0.095 which were obtained from property tables.

Energy balance
Noun
Is a ratio of the energy that enters and leaves a system.
Example: The second component of the energy balance is energy output.

Heat conduction equation
Noun
Is a partial differential equation that describes the distribution of heat (or the temperature field) in a given body over time.
Example: The heat conduction equation is used to determine the distribution of heat in a given body over time.

Heat flux
Noun
Is the measure of energy transfer, which is caused by a temperature difference and leads to temperature equilibrium between substances.
Example: Above the lower critical radiation, the plasma generates additional heat flux, and the surface temperature is increased.

Insulation
Noun
Ability to control heat transfer when it is desired not to exceed certain limits.
Example: Glass fibre is often used as roof insulation.

Internal energy
Noun
It is the molecular energy of a system, and consists of sensitive, latent, chemical, and nuclear forms.
Example: The absorbed par t of the radiation could be taken into account by increasing with time the internal energy of plasma.

Linear funtion
Noun
Is a polynomial function of the first degree that is a function of a variable.
Example: The graph shows a line in the Cartesian plane due to its linear function.

Thermal conductivity
Noun
It is a physical property of materials that measures heat conduction capacity.
Example: This difference may be attributed to the thermal conductivity data used to calculate heat flow in these wells.

Thermal diffusivity
Noun
It is the one that measures the speed at which the temperature changes within a substance.
Example: Thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity are the most important thermophysical material parameters.

Thermal symmetry
Noun
It is that both faces of the wall are exposed to the same thermal conditions and therefore the temperature distribution in either half will be the same as the other.
Example: Its structural design and thermal symmetry combined with a W axis, unique in the market, make this machine the ideal solution for machining high volumes.

Adjective
That it has a limited duration, that it is not forever.
Example: This is the nature of the transitory dynamics characterizing the system.

Noun
Space occupied by a body.
Example: One box may look bigger than the other, but in fact they are roughly equal in volume.
